BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(NUPTOWN LANE, WARFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along: a) Nuptown Lane, Warfield The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via A330 Ascot Road, Kingscroft Lane, Garsons Lane, Hawthorne Lane or by this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst telecommunication installation works are carried out. The Order came into operation on the 13th July 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 13th July - 21st July 2020.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 10th July 2020 Andrew Hunter
