Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I Kevin Roberts give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Kennack Sands Beach Cafe Kuggar Helston The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol 09:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Cornwall Council Dolcoath Avenue Camborne TR14 8SX or emailing licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 5th August 2020. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
