Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 We ABK-Beer Events Limited give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: 39 Cross Street, Camborne, TR14 8ES. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcoholic beverages for off site consumption only from a new craft beer shop. Operating between 11:00 to 19:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 11:00 to 16:00 hours on Sunday. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing (Wadebridge), Cornwall Council (Licensing), 1st Floor, Chy Trevail, BODMIN, Cornwall, PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk no later than 14th August 2020. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
