Nanthirajah Parthiepan has applied to the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council for a new Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: Sutton Local, 72 Sutton Road, Southend-on-sea, SS2 5EW, which would authorise the following licensable activities: Retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 00.00 to 00.00 Hours, within its opening hours.
