Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that WH Smith Travel Holdings Limited has applied in respect of the WH Smith Darlington Rail Bank Top Railway Station, Park Lane, Darlington, DLI 4AA for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: variation to change hours for sale of alcohol from 0615 until 2000 Monday and Saturday and 1000 until 2000 Sunday TO 0515 until 2000 Monday to Thursday, 0515 until 2030 Friday, 0515 until 2000 Saturday and 0830 until 2030 Sunday. Variation also be change opening hours from 0615 until 2000 Monday to Saturday and 1000 until 2000 Sunday TO 0515 until 2000 Monday to Thursday, 0515 until 2030 Friday, 0515 until 2000 Saturday and 0830 until 2030 Sunday. Variation to amend Condition 3 under Annex 2 so that it now reads as follows: All spirits and champagnes to be displayed behind checkout areas to which only members of staff have access.
