Notice is hereby given that we, Tanfield Lea WMC, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as TANFIELD LEA WMC, WEST STREET, TANFIELD LEA, STANLEY, CO DURHAM. DH9 9NA for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:-The sale by retail of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment (including live & recorded music) between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00 Sunday to Thursday inclusive and until 23:30 Friday & Saturday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 2 December 2014 and sent to:-Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ. Or e-mail to licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
