Proposed housing at Gavray Drive, Bicester
Gallagher Estates is seeking to submit an outline planning application for up to 180 homes on land to the west of Langford Brook, accessed from Gavray Drive. The land is identified as part of a wider housing site, including land to the east of the brook, in Cherwell District Council's draft Local Plan.
Technical work is currently being undertaken which will be submitted in support of the planning application. Gallagher Estates hope to submit the planning application to Cherwell District Council in the New Year.
A public exhibition will be held at Bicester Town Council, The Garth, Launton Road, Bicester OX26 6PS from 3.00pm to 8.00pm on Thursday 27 November. Gallagher Estates and their professional team will be available to answer questions.
