TWA Order made: 23 October 2012 Came into Force: 13 November 2012 First Turn Wolvercote Oxford Notice of Temporary Stopping up of Streets under Clause 10 and Schedule 5. The Order provides powers for demolition of the existing First Turn road bridge and replacement with a new bridge over the Bicester to Oxford railway. Under the powers included in Clause 10 and Schedule 5 of the Order First Turn is to be temporarily closed to use by vehicles and pedestrian traffic between A4144 Woodstock Road and Mere Road from Sunday 25th January
2015 until Sunday 22nd November 2015 The alternative route for vehicles and pedestrians during this closure is via A4144 Woodstock Road, Wolvercote traffic roundabout, Godstow Road,
