APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to St. Helens Council's Licensing Authority for a Variation to a Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below.
All representations must include the full name, address and contact details of the interested party, or responsible authority making the representation. Representations submitted after the specified date cannot be considered. All representations can be submitted online on the St Helens Councils Website via https://publicaccess.

APPLICATION DETAILS

The variation proposes a change and extension to the hours the store can sell alcohol and opening hours to the following: Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 00:00 (off premises). Opening hours Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 00:00 The variation also proposes to remove/amend conditions on the licence operating schedule and to update the approve layout of the store plan.
