LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Ali Cagdas Findik has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises licence to permit: Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: from 10:00 to 2200 - Monday to Sunday for the premises: Charlie's Cafe & Bakery Unit 63B Wood Green Shopping City High Road Wood Green London N22 6BA. A register of licensing applications can he inspected at The Licensing Team Level 6 Alexandra House 10 Station Road Wood Green N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8489 1335 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Haringey Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 23/07/2020. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the pubic domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It Is an offence, under section 158 of tie Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
