I Scott Martin give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the granting of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of Duchy Game at Pelean Produce, Lyndhurst, Pelean Cross, Ponsanooth, Truro TR3 7JF. The application is to: Sell alcohol to be consumed off site from 10am until 6pm Monday-Sunday from a mobile shop selling local produce. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than the 29th of July 2020. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
