Notice is hereby given that we, Mr Brian & Mrs Sharon Ann Simpson have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: THE VEG AND CONVENIENCE STORE, 96 WHEATBOTTOM, CROOK, CO DURHAM. DL15 9HB for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol from 07:30-22:00 Monday to Friday inclusive, 09:00-22:00 Saturday and 10:00-18:00 Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.00pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 6 December 2014 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
