Notice is hereby given that an application lias been made by Black Eagle Brewery Ltd in respect of premises known Truman's Social Club located at I Priestley Way, London, EI7 6AL to London Borough of Wahham Forest on 26 June 2020 for a premises licence.The proposed application is: I. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 09:00 to 00*00 on Mondays to Wednesdays and from 09:00 to 01:00 on Thursdays to Sundays.2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 on Mondays to Wednesdays and from 23.-00 to 01:00 on Thursdays to Sundays. 3.To provide licensable activities on specific occasions. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at London Borough ofWaltham Forest, 3 The Square, Leyton, London, EI0 5NR where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 24 July 2020, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
