Notice is hereby given that Elroy Ankle has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Spar Village Shop, 69 Balham High Street, London, SW12 9AP For the sale of alcohol by retail during the tours of Sunday- Thursday: 07:00-00:00, Friday-Saturday: 07:00-02:00. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 24 July 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email:

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices ol Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden,Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
