LICENSING ACT 2003 TAKE NOTICE that Louise Anne Lovesee has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the variation of the Premises Licence held in respect of Frinton War Memorial Club situated at 88 Fourth Avenue, Frinton-On-Sea, Essex, CO13 9EB to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times set out below;The sale of alcohol on the premises, Performance of Dance, Provision of facilities for dancing, Indoor Sporting Event, Boxing or wrestling entertainment, Performance of Live Music, Performance of Recorded Music Mon to Sun 10.00hrs to 00.00hrs Late Night Refreshment Mon to Sun 23.00hrs to 00.00hrs Exhibition of a film. 11.00 to 00.00 Provision of Similar Regulated Entertainment Mon to Sun 10.00hrs to 00.00hrs To use an area of the car park to provide seating for Members to sit and have a drink Mon to Sun 10.00hrs to 00.00hrs Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton-On-Sea, Essex, CO15 1TN or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at 8-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton-On-Sea where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 16th July 2020. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
