THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, J Noble & Sons Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as UTOPIA, 91 FRONT STREET, CHESTER LE STREET. DH3 3BJ A variation is sought to: -Extend the current hours for the sale of alcohol (on & off sales) to 08:00 02:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive and to add the ground floor as an additional licensed area to the existing licence.
