Raymond Cooper has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Kempsey Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. Malvern View (Caravan) Bestmans Lane Kempsey, Worcester WR5 3 OA.
The proposed works involve the improvement of an established access across Kempsey Common, as under Approved Planning Permission 20/00252/FUL The proposed access track is to be constructed with dual one metre wide stone strips divided by a one meter grass central strip, running diagonally from the corner of the Public car park next to the former Farmer Arms to the entrance gate to the Malvern View Caravan Park Site.
A copy of the application and accompanying documents showing the proposed works can be inspected at Kempsey Post Office, between normal office hours until 28th July 2020.
