VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that the Real Greek Food Co. Ltd has applied to RB Windsor & Maidenhead to vary its Premises Licence to add off  sales for the sale by retail of alcohol and to vary Sunday hours to 10am to 11pm and to add late night refreshment on and off daily to 11.30pm at The Real Greek, 2 River St Windsor SL4 1QT: A register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment with the licensing Team, RB Windsor & Maidenhead, Town Hall St Ives Road Maidenhead SL6 1RF. Any person widhing to submit represtations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 16 July 2020. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will thereford pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
