PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 23 June 2020. The Order comes into operation on 20 July 2020 as detailed below. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 26 June 2020, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE
The traffic restrictions on the following roads as advertised and consulted on from 20 December 2019 to 24 January 2020 are due to be implemented on:
Amethyst Rd (adj to side of No. 7 Marmion Green), Cheshire Dr, Coronation Ave, Kings Park Rd, Linwood Rd, Norwich Avenue West, St Clement's Rd, St Mary's Rd. The traffic restrictions on the following roads as advertised and consulted on from 20 December 2019 to 24 January 2020 are not to be implemented on:
Ibbertson Rd, Lincoln Ave
This order will become effective on 20 July 2020.
