Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 18 (Part), Coombe Bissett; for a distance of approximately 30 metres each side of the bridge to enable Replacement of existing dilapidated parapet and minor masonry repointing. Alternative routes: Unsigned route using the adjacent highway network. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 20 July 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 4 weeks. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Dinton Road (Part), Wylye; from its junction with Foyles Mead for a distance of approximately 50 metres in a southerly direction to enable Centurion to carry out works on the level crossing. Alternative route: via Dinton Road (unaffected length) - Dinton Beeches -Wylye Road - Marshwood - Steep Hollow - St Marys Road - B3089 - C43 -A303 - C10 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 26 October 2019 will now recommence on 04 July 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 23:30 and 09:30 until 05 July 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Ashfield Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Churchfields Road for a distance of approximately 80 metres in a northerly direction to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out safety examination of the bridge structure. Alternative route: via Ashfield Road (unaffected length) - A36 Wilton Road - Fisherton Street South Western Road - Mill Road - Churchfields Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 July 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 05:00 until 27 July 2020.
