TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to make a Variation Order under section 247 and 333(7) of the above Act which if made will vary The Stopping Up of Highways (South East) (No.46) Order 2018. The Order to be varied authorised the stopping up of a length of High Street, Chalgrove and also required the provision of new highways and improvement of highways. The Variation Order, if made, would reduce the area to be stopped up only to enable development as permitted by South Oxfordshire District Council, under reference P17/S0094/O.

Copies of the draft Order will be available for inspection during normal opening hours at Chalgrove Post Office, 105 High Street, Chalgrove, Oxford OX44 7SS in the 28 days commencing on 26 June 2020, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the address stated below (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/4236).

Any person may object to the making of the proposed order by stating their reasons in writing to the Secretary of State at
