The Waltham Forest (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 44) Order 2020 The Waltham Forest (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 44) Order 2020
1. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 25th June 2020 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders:
a. in Leyton Green Road E10 - north-west side to coincide with a new entrance/exit to Belmont Park School, will be, to convert waiting restrictions operating from 8am to 6.30pm to double yellow line waiting restrictions operating "at any time' and loading restrictions operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm every day of the week between a point 2 metres north-east of the south-west facing inset wall of Nos. 1 to 24 north-eastwards for a distance of 22 metres; and
b. to coincide with the removal of a dropped kerb in Peterborough Road E10 - north-east side - convert the double yellow line "at any time'' waiting restrictions outside Nos. 137 and 139a Peterborough Road to permit parking space for WXS permit holders only operating Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm inclusive.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation from 25th June 2020 and all other relevant documents can be Inspected on request by emailing
during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive or online at:

until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from that date.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with In relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
