NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that I, Coalition Talent Limited Applied on Friday 19th June 2020 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Peel 7 Car Park intu Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8AA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Car Park shows (comedy, theatre and karaoke) Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th 2020 between the hours of 1030-2230hrs Monday 27th July 2020 between the hours of 1030-2300hrs. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 18 days starting on the day after the day the article is published. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
