PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT LAND AT SOUTH END, BEDALE

Persimmon Homes will be hosting a public exhibition on Thursday 27th November, from 3-7pm at Bedale Hall, Bedale. We are proposing to develop the land on the south side of South End (adjacent to no.110 and opposite the Waste Water Treament Works) for a total of 93 new homes and the event will provide an opportunity to view and comment on our emerging proposals for the site. We are seeking the views of local residents on our draft proposals to help inform how we develop the site in more detail before proceeding. Please come along to find out more about this scheme and give feedback on the development of the designs. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
