LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Clive and Lynn Beake have applied for a new premises license in respect of The Ocean Guesthouse 15 The Esplanade, Weymouth DT4 8EB. For the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 12:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Any interested party may make representations by email to licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during office hours at Dorset County Council, South Walks House, Dorchester DT11UZ It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
