The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB - Application No. 47/2020/0445/LB -Former Rhuallt Education Centre, Rhuallt, St. Asaph - Change of use, alterations and extension of building to form a dwelling (Listed Building application).
You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them from 24 June 2020 until 15 July 2020 or on our website:
