The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB - Application No. 01/2020/0352 - 27/29 High Street, Denbigh - Internal and external alterations and restoration works including the replacement of shop front windows, installation ?f rooflights and an extractor system and associated works (Listed Building Application).
