PROPOSED TOUCAN CROSSING – LE NEUBOURG WAY, GILLINGHAM Dorset County Council in exercise of powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to install a new Toucan Crossing at the south eastern end of Le Neubourg Way, Gillingham.
