APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that WDS Group Limited have applied on 12/06/2020 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for: WDS Group Limited, Unit 38 Peel Industrial Estate, Chamberhall Street, Bury BL9 0LU to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 06:00 and 20:00, 5 days per week. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
