THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, Castle Eden Brewery Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as CASTLE EDEN BREWERY, 8 EAST CLIFF ROAD, SPECTRUM BUSINESS PARK, SEAHAM. SR7 7PS for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) from 07:00 00:00 Monday to Thursday & 07:00 01:00 Friday to Sunday, live music (indoors & outdoors) from 12:00 00:00 Monday to Thursday & 12:00 01:00 Friday to Sunday and recorded music (indoors & outdoors) from 09:00 00:00 Monday to Thursday & 09:00 01:00 Friday to Sunday. All outdoor entertainment to cease at 23:00. An additional hour on all Bank Holidays & day preceding Bank Holiday. New Year's Eve: until 03:00 on New Year's Day.
