Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, Riverside Spirits Ltd, have made an application for a New Premises Licence at Riverside Spirits Ltd, 34 Melford Court, Hardwick Grange, Warrington, WA1 4RZ on 12th June 2020 to Warrington Borough Council for the online sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 10th July 2020 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. A record of my application is contained in the licensing register kept by Warrington Borough Council which is available for inspection at the above address between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
