Premises Licence I Maria Small, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of: Betty's Bubbles Ltd, 49 Dencourt Crescent, Basildon SS14 1SP. The proposed activity is: Selling Alcohol for Consumption Off the Premises, Mon to Sun 12:00hrs to 21:00hrs.
