Premises Licence Application

Premises Licence Notice I Mark Rose have applied for the full variation of a Premises Licence for Saints Café, St Marys Gate, Uppermill, Oldham. OL3 6AT The application if granted will vary the licensing condition to read "Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises " Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Oldham Metropolitan Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA.The application can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. Representations should be made by 14th July 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
