Premises Licence Application

THE LICENCING ACT (2003) Notice is hereby given that Robert Michael Casson has applied for the variation of a premises licence for 'Marine Street Social', Unit 6 Marine Point, Kings Parade, New Brighton, Wallasey, Wirral, Merseyside CH45 2HZ under the Licensing Act (2003). The variation to licensable activities & hours of operation will be as follows: From Friday into Saturday morning and from Saturday into Sunday mornings until 02:30 hours. Sundays preceding Bank Holidays until 03:00 hours into Bank Holiday Mondays. Christmas Eve into Christmas Day until 02:30 and Boxing Day into the 27thof December until 03:00 hours. Representations concerning this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, Merseyside CH44 8ED, no later than 6th July 2020. This application can also be inspected from Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 4.30pm (except Bank Holidays). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
