Notice is hereby given that on 9th June 2020 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of Print Squared Limited (Company Number SC264062) craving the Court inter alia to order that Print Squared Limited, having their Registered Office at Robb Ferguson, Regent Court, 70 West Regent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 2QZ be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAIinden, Insolvency Practitioners, KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street Glasgow, G2 5AS be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff McCormick by Interlocutor dated 10th June 2020 appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAIinden, as joint Provisional Liquidators with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Fart II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of three months from 10th June 2020; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
