Bird & Blend Tea Ltd do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the country of East Sussex for the 'provisional statement of a premises licence or club premises known as Units 6, Hove Tech Centre, BN3 7ES for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: Selling Alcohol on our website

*ln the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the provisional statement, should send to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 1/7/20 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
