PUBLIC NOTICE LICENCING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: We D M Laycock Catering Ltd do hereby give notice that we have, on the 12th of November, applied to the Licencing Authority at Craven District Council for the grant of our Premises Licence at 139-141 Keighley road, Cowling, BD22 0AH and known as Harlequin Bistro.The application is for licensable activities 10.00-00.30 Monday to Sunday. 10.00-02.00 Christmas eve, boxing day, new years eve. Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licencing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 1FJ not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licencing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
