Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new premises licence Giuseppe Sepe has applied to South Lakeland District Council for a premises licence for Boardwalk Bar and Grill, Gilly's Landing, Glebe Road, Bowness, LA23 3HE to allow the sale/ supply of alcohol between the following hours 11am-11pm Monday to Sunday. Any persons intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing to licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk by the 10th July 2020. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person could be liable on summary conviction for the offence ( scale 5 on the standard scale which is currently unlimited).
