NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925-SECTION 27- RE THE LATE PHILIP DENTON

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Philip Denton late of 21 Tudhoe Village, Spennymoor, Co Durham, DL16 6LA and of Open House, 44 West Terrace, Burnhope, Durham, DH7 0DQ who died on the 4th February 2014 is required to send particulars thereof in writing of his or her claim or interst to Robert Evans of Evans & Co Solicitors, 1 Parker Terrace, Ferryhill, County Durham, DL17 8JY acting on behalf of the Executor and to send such particulars not later than 15th day of January 2015 after which the date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which the Executor has notice and the Executor will not, as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person notice of whose claim shall not have been received by then.
