THE BARNET (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO.4)TRAFFIC ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 11th June 2020 the above-mentioned Order under Section 6tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. In order to improve traffic flow, the general effect of the Order will be to introduce aone-way traffic system in Gaskarth Road HA8, so motorists travelling on Gaskarth Road between its junctions with Silkstream Road and Playfield Road will only be permitted to travel in asouth to north direction. The south to north one-way traffic system in the length of Gaskarth Road between Watling Avenue and Silkstream Road will be retained.

Acopy of the Order,which will come into operation on Monday 15th June 2020 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays for aperiod of six weeks from the date on which this notice is published at:

a) Design Team, 6th Floor,2Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW



b) Reception, Hendon Town Hall,The Burroughs, Hendon, London, NW4 4BG



Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may,withinsix weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
