Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is given that Chako Hospitality Ltd have applied to Merton Council for variation of their premises licence at 228 Merton Road SW19 1EQ so as to permit sale of alcohol with takeaway food sold on the premises.

Any person who wishes to make representation may do so by contacting the licensing department of Merton Council in writing at Merton Civic Centre London Road SM4 5DX by the 1 st July 2020

The licensing authority will have regard to such representations in considering the application, providing they are supplied to the council by the above date.

It is an offence under the licensing Act 2003 to knowingly make a false representation in connection with an application for a premises licence.
