Notice is hereby given that I, Ashley & Jessica Rowan, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Never Enough Thyme Cafe, 97 High Street, Leeds, LS19 7TA I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale of alcohol, Monday to Sunday09:00-23:00. Subject to the following terms: Challenge 21, incident register, litter clearance.
