NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is given that Bennett Restaurants has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:

Name of Premises: Bennett Restaurants T/A McDonalds Address: 554-556 Christchurch Road. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 2nd day of Jan 2015

Activities: Hours: 11pm-5am Days: Monday-Sunday

We are looking to install a serving hatch at the side of the building where there is already an existing window space, this will mean the dining area is permanently closed during the hours of 11pm and 5am and we purely serve via the new serving hatch we are applying for. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.

Representations must be received no later than 17/12/2014

The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
