Revocation) Order 202_

NOTICE OF PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make the above-named Order that would have the effect of reducing the current length of 30mph speed limit restriction on the B 7046 in Sinclairston (returning this length of road to the national speed limit) and would reduce the existing length of national speed limit road on the C 83 between Sinclairston and Hayhill to 40mph. The Order will affect the following roads:

The existing length of the 30mph speed limit will be reduced by 90m on the eastern side of the village.

The existing national speed limit between Hayhill and Sinclairston will be reduced to 40mph.

To maintain comprehensive Speed Limit Orders the length of road listed below will be included in this proposed Order. There will be no changes made to the existing restrictions on this road.
