Premises Licence Application

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We, Pitwheel Distillery Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Pitwheel Distillery, 3 The Ridges, Station Town, Wingate, TS28 5PE for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Friday 09:00 23:00, Saturday 09:00 18:00, Sunday 11:00 17:00 off sales only (premises used for storage and distribution only for online gin retail) Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 6 July 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
