APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE LICENSING ACT 2003 Salvatore Messina and Michelle Thorogood have applied to Barrow Borough Council to vary the premises licence to allow the sale of alcohol on and off the premises for Salvana's Restaurant, 79/81 Cavendish Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1QD between the following hours: Monday Saturday 12 Noon Sundays and Public Holidays 12 Noon - 23.30.
