Notice under Regulation 17 of proposal to submit an environmental statement
Proposed development on land to south of Park Road, Faringdon
Notice is given that Bloor Homes Western has applied for planning permission to Vale of White Horse District Council in respect of the erection of up to 380 dwellings (including 64 extra care units); employment development; primary school; allotments; public open space and associated infrastructure with new vehicular access on land to the south of Park Road, Faringdon.
The application was made on 28 March 2013.
It is proposed to submit an environmental statement in respect of the application.
A copy of the application, plans and other documents, and the environmental statement, may be inspected at Vale of White Horse District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, OX10 8ED between the hours of 08.30 and 17.00. In addition the environmental statement may be inspected at Faringdon Library, The Elms, Gloucester Street, Faringdon, SN7 7HY (see library’s website for opening times).
The documents will be available for inspection until 18 December 2014.
An electronic copy (CD) of the environmental statement may be obtained from Stansgate Planning, 9 The Courtyard, Timothy’s Bridge Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 9NP (01789 414097) so long as stocks last, for a charge of £10.00.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them before 19 December 2014 to the Vale of White Horse District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, OX10 8ED.
