APPLICATION FOR SEA WALL RECONSTRUCTION, TOWN QUAY, POOLE
Notice is hereby given that Poole Harbour Commissioners has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake reconstruction of the sea wall at Town Quay in Poole. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Poole Harbour Commissioners, Harbour Office, 20 New Quay Road, Poole. BH15 4AF
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to joseph.wilson@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 27 November 2014, quoting reference MLA/2014/00519.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
