BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 6 2020 (REF: TRO-35-2019)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 3rd June 2020 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 8th June 2020 will introduce electric vehicle charging points at any time into the order and in parts of the roads identified below: Zone G
? Ditchling Gardens - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduce an Electric Vehicle Charging point outside the flank wall of no.208 Ditchling Road.

? Hollingbury Road - Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduce an

Electric Vehicle Charging point outside no.55/57.
Zone H
? Lewes Crescent-Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduce an Electric Vehicle Charging point outside the No.23.

? Sussex Square- Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduce an Electric Vehicle Charging point outside no.38.

Zone I
? Craven Road- Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduce an Electric

Vehicle Charging point outside no.122. Zone J
? Beaconsfield Villas- Amend Permit Holders Only bays and introduce an

Electric Vehicle Charging point outside no.13/15.

Please note that the following sites advertised on the 6 December 2019 as part of the same proposals will not be proceeding; Reigate Road, Queens Park Road, Matlock Road, Bates Road, Ditchling Road, Havelock Road, Stanford Avenue, Waldergrave Road, Norton Road, Wilbury Villas and Fonthill Road A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its
provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by
the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which
the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose. Dated: 5 June 2020
