that South Coast Hospitality Ltd T/a The Tipsy Cow Bar has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Name of Premises: The Tipsy Cow Bar, Address: 29 - 31 Charminster Road, Bournemouth BH8 8UE The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the day of 02/07/20. Activities: Enclosure of part of rear existing car parking area to provide space for eating / drinking between the hours of 1000 - 2300 Monday - Sunday Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 29/06/20. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
